jj - not every recoery starts the same way. Tech lead the market down and it seems like it is going to lead it back up. Actually the slump was mostly in tech and many thought that in a downturn old economy companies would have turned to tech to increase their productivity but the obvious didn't happen then but it appears now to be happening.
