Jim, Thanks for pointing me to @Home S-1. For some reason I keep getting partial downloads followed by a message that an error has occurred. I note that this is a commercial Edgar site that is sponsored not by SEC but by private subscriptions. I also note that the indigenous SEC Edgar site still does not seem to have the S-1 on file. Very strange. Do I now have to pay a subscription fee for a service that used to be free? Regarding @Home, I am a bit puzzled by references in the S-1 to the "parallel internet". Is this a subset, a superset or a unique content set? What is the degree of overlap? Regards, SC
