We top when we top.-g I have prematurely called this top too many times and am fortunate the DOW has rallied but 2% since. It could be worse. The resistance in non-tech at this level is massive, the VIX is at new lows despite the OEX nowhere near the Jan highs, and Elliott-wise the rally looks very b'ish.

Now if someone could tell all this to Mr. DOW.
