Bob, I am starting to put together my picture of the whys and wherefores of the current actions. It is not complete yet, but I do think however that the exchange of stock shares to the new name allows the company the opportunity to call in and eliminate all of the unauthorized or unearned shares. This may turn out to be a plus in getting the company back on solid footing sharewise. If I were in Dr. Stamm's position, I too would hesitate to release crucial information on progression of drilling results until I had control of the share situation. Otherwise it would simply get more out of control and the thieves or whatever you wish to call them would profit at the investor's expense. In the meantime I believe pursuit as you are doing in determining validity of other information is a wise course. The more info we can gain about the company, the better off we will be in our investment decisions. I think we may almost predict that a new web page will soon be broadcast and we will have access to more information. Many indications are that this stock may rise from the ashes. I fully intend to hold onto my shares until then. Regards, Gerry
