WarpFactor,
I don't know a hell of a lot about technical analysis but I do have TC 2000 Charting Service and about two years ago I put in two separate scholastics, a shorter term and a longer term, I use the shorter term to signal what's about to happen, but do to its volatility don't act until it's confirmed by the second one, and those two must both be positive on the low end of the scale and must be confirmed by moving above, a set moving average I use. If this occurs on a particular tech stock it still is not positive unless the NASDAQ Composite has also confirmed using the same criteria. And every other tech stock that is in the same situation helps confirm the direction. Having compared this to the actual stock price movements in the past it has really been great. Right now half of my tech stocks as of the last three days say positive and as of today the other half are right on the edge and the NASDAQ is confirming. If we move up at all next week everything will be positive. What does this mean? Well probably nothing. But I can tell you this if I had followed it 100% over the last two years I would have done a hell of a lot better. It has been right 90% of the time, problem is I only followed it 50% of the time. Just like this time I started buying two weeks ago when the indicators were getting close instead of waiting until Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of this week. YOU KNOW THE OLD SAYING IF YOU KEEP AVERAGING DOWN IN THE COMPANY YOU WILL BE THE LARGEST SHAREHOLDER WHEN IT FILES BANKRUPTCY.
To steal another phrase from the famous Jim P (and you are becoming famous Jim) WE SHALL SEE and as long as I am stealing phrases today, I FEEL 10 FEET TALL AND BULLET PROOF. One for the Dog. Yeah right I am wearing two bullet proof vests and praying.
Take Care.
Steve
