I NEVER WILL.. That's why I explain myself.. I am NOT like the British foreign service, where their motto was, as I understand it:

"Never apologize, Never explain."

At least that's the way I heard it and where it came from.. And no offense to anyone.. It is just a saying, I use in real life..

I always explain myself..

We have been busy trying to decide what we will do, as you know. We have made some progress.
