As a long time Mindspring (now Earthlink) user of DSL services, let me just say that the only thing worse than the quality of service (system outages) is the customer service. It sucks. However, I do think they have a compelling growth story and will be one of the few big players left besides AOL and cable competition. Looking at some of the charts and technicals briefly this evening, this does look like it is due to make a good move up in the near future. I have seen some comments here on legislation that will be an issue. Can someone provide me with a quick statement on what that is and possible/probable outcome and effect? Thanks. DJ PS. Even with the lousy service, they are getting $50 a month out of me... ongoing.
