Chris, you are missing some major points. The NASD would be watching. They "miss" so much because nobody helps them to "focus". Also, what is this "naked short" is absolute?

Your 4 years of experience may not have been involved in a true naked short? Has it?

You mention if someone loses a "bundle" of money .... as you say ....... how would that happen? They purchased a stock at its high? Doesn't someone always buy a stock at its high Chris?

The situation posed (( Message 17139260 )) is legitimate. How about a decent reply without the venom?
