This is very easy to explain IMHO.

RELIABILITY Especially in the Business World.

Just as I would not recommend a local ISP (name with held) which has Dropout's or who drops you out (which ever)to a friend, the same goes for recommending which Line Code I would choose to tell him to select.

Hey CAP maybe OK for a New Building or Neighborhood, but on Old Decrepit POTS which the world seems to have in abundance, I choose the Robust DMT.

But hey, you knew I would say that.

I know I sound like a broken record, but does your Music CD player have X2 over-sampling or X8? X8? X8? X8? X8? X8? X8? X8?
