Well said Anthony.Naked shorting is done alot through offshore accounts also and up here in Canada our boutiques have always been blamed for the majority of it.Mind you they are not innocent either and some have been pushed up against the wall over it.Naked Shorts are part of the market that was developed as you say by Insiders and the rest of the naked shorters said hell if they can do it so can I. The BB stocks are rampant with it. The Osprey(migrating to Turks and Caicos for a vacation)
