Just FYI: I am NOT Mary Day in Varian suit

Everyone keeps posting that suit all over the web just to bash me. I'm not Mary D but Mary C. I won my case. Ashton Technology was the plaintiff. They lost. Just clearing it up. I do feel that Mary Day should not have lost that case. I think the jury got really bad instructions and the judge has no idea what freedom of speech is all about.
