Leo, where did Morgan Stanley say this was a 12-month target? It's certainly not a big increase, but the tone is positive -- far more positive than your point of view. That's not to say you won't be proved correct in your assessment.

Morgan says WMT deserves a premium in its industry.

To quote the item again:

>based on our continued belief that the potential for steady to improved momentum makes WMT a stock that large-cap investors should own.<

From Thursday's Motley Fool retail report

Last month the GAP (NYSE:GPS) reported a 28% increase in inventory, compared to a 12% rise in sales. KMART (NYSE:KM) had an 8.9% jump in inventory, compared with just a 4.1% rise in sales. However, WAL-MART (NYSE:WMT) showed a 2% decline in inventories and a 11.6% increase in sales and DAYTON HUDSON (NYSE:DH) , parent company of discounter target, showed a larger increase in same-store sales than inventories.
