For me, your whole arguement falls apart right here:
As an example, consider the media treatment of Middle East news. Some editors or commentators are slavishly pro-Israel in their every utterance, while others seem nearly neutral. No one, however, dares suggest that the U.S. government is backing the wrong side in the Arab-Jewish conflict and that it served Jewish interests rather than American interests to send U.S. forces to cripple Iraq, Israel's principal rival in the Middle East. Thus, a spectrum of permissible opinion, from pro-Israel to nearly neutral, is established.
In my opinion if the media has slanted coverage of the Middle East it has painted a sympathethic picture of Arafatso's rock throwing cannonfodder and a negative view of Jewish troops. If I'm an All Powerful, controlling force in media this is THE ONE AREA, ABOVE ALL OTHERS, I get my view mainstreamed. But it is NOT!!!!
Your basic premise is as flawed as Enrons books. You simply hate Jews and are willing to twist facts to create your own reality. You and your ilk are the mind manipulators your story warns against. In that regard lies it's value. |
