Joan - Got any good ideas in the yield area? I need to do some shifting. I have GIM, which has treated me well. Been looking at the Hancock CEF's and some REITs. Any opinion there? I notice that one of your old friends - FAX - is creeping up in price and returning 10%+. That 10% makes me wonder if it's waving a red flag. TIA. R
