I agree with Boxer. The Enron executives assets should be frozen. I was going to post you.
The other day we were talking about what Skilling would do when his unemployment compensation
ran out (LOL). I mentioned that he told Congress he still had the $66,000,000 from his Enron
stock sales. The other night on the news, there was the mention of the bonuses that Skilling,
Lay and others got. I hope this is correct, but I believe Skilling received over 7 million dollars
as a bonus for ONE MONTH's work. I believe it was around 7,800,000.

And Bush has given the biggest tax breaks to the wealthiest people in the country. The top
one percent get the biggest breaks. I think it is very unfair. People like Lay and Skilling and many
others don't have too worry about having enough money to live on although their situation could
change if they end up in jail.

Typically, though it is the poor and the middle class people who have too carry the greatest tax
burden. They can't count on a bonus at the end of the month to help them pay the bills. Enron's
collapse shows us the extravagant wealth some of the Enron employees enjoyed. Also, they are able to pay
for the best investment advice around. Lately, I've been reading how banks have entire groups
devoted to helping the wealthy establish offshore accounts so that they can avoid paying income
taxes.
