I wonder if teaching of the quran is part of the curriculum and if so teaching arab kids to hate all who are not muslim would be well covered there. Since the Koran goes out of its way to mention Jews and Christians as "People of the Book", and that they are to be respected, I would guess not. By the way, what about the Israeli Ministry of Education sponsoring a congress organized by Orthodox scientists at Ben Gurion University in which the theory of evolution is dismissed as "secular dogma", "speculation", and "myth", while most of the scientists attending "reaffirmed their belief in divine creation."
