First, the answer: Being unclear what leadership is.

to control this thread?
Leadership:
Those who have obtained this status, in most cases excluding
that of scientific research, were not the ones with the answers,
but those who asked the correct questions. Its quite clear that
the above 3 noted off-topic people control this thread in an off-topic
flow of information from them to you for agenda to make themselves
appear as leaders. A person who accepts only questions that they have
already collected information on, is a phony, not a leader but as stated
by me many times, one who prevents leaders to arrive here.
Since this thread is not moderated, and these 3 will not conduct themselves
in a way to show respect to others who arrive here looking for on topic info,
then once again i suggest those who know themselves as leaders,
those who have answers to good questions while knowing that
each time they explain an answer rather than display it for their ego,
that they learn more being a teacher, and those who show leadership
in asking the good questions, as they know that others have answers
that they need to advance in the gold markets using answers as the fuel
to their motor to move and accomplish goals.
Lets see who leaders here are, as there are many.
