I assume this refers then to "cacheing". Is this approach also being used by their competitors? Does it result in significant speed or other improvements? Does their network provide any specific competitive advantage? Does the cost of the network infrastructure pose any significant barrier to entry for smaller MSOs wishing to enter the ISP market?
