I know the Companies that pushed HiperLAN2 have business logic. Search Nokia's website for CRRM.

Same for Siemens and Nortel - it is explicit - cordless AND cellular.

4G is another ploy to prevent the people from owning the means of communication.

Watching them try to steal license-exempt from the people is interesting [ just like the Communications Act of 1934 stole the people's right to electro-magnetic free speech. Since the ITU has no legal right to intervene in member nations, they too are part of the excuse preventing electro-magentic free speech. UWB will overcome them too]
