Who owns this fiber? Is it combined ownership of TCI, Cox, and Comcast fiber or does it include Teleport or some other company's fiber? Is it owned or leased? Do they really need such an extensive backbone at this stage? How do TWX, MediaOne, Adelphia compete? Does it make sense for them to join @Home consortium? Antitrust concerns vs. network economies of scale?
