July 18, $30 calls. Yes, this is a close call, so to speak. :o) Hard to say if the stock will be above $30. I would not take the bet that it will not be. So it seems that the secondary will be late July, from the AOL post. It is my understanding that the secondary won't come out until late July, after earnings are released. But, if not pulled up, earnings are July 23rd or so. So (guessing here) secondary may even be in August. Some followers here seem to occasionally know travel plans of the MRVC executives. It might give a hint of the road show timing. I do not really care, but if I had to worry about those July calls, I would wonder when the road show started. :o) However I am purchasing lots at the bid for my clients and am allowed to pass them on to my clients with a markup to the ask with no commission. At present it is the best I can do. Why is this the best, I wonder. I understand the commissions are higher for secondaries than for outright open market purchases (that's what his markup is), but if a broker really likes a stock I would think that he would not wait for the secondary. (If he has his client's interests at heart.) Grommit
