Hi,

I'll try to do a drive by of Pyramid and the Chocolate place today and report back. The tofu discussion reminded me that Berkeley also has the Takara sake factory off University Ave., maybe 2 miles from Pyramid Ale. Maybe some folks would like to do that too while they're in Berkeley. You get free tastings of about 6 kinds of sake and plum wines. And speaking of tofu and sake, here's a recipe for tofu that I use. Note the exact measurements:

1. cut up some tofu into pieces
2. put in non-stick fry pan or stick fry pan with some oil
3. start to fry
4. add some soy sauce, mirin, not chile oil, and sesame oil to taste
5. Cook a few minutes
6. serve
