Would not be surprised to see teh FCC hold all deposits and then if they prevail in teh case, IMPOSE upon the auction winners to take the spectrum they got and pay full price...I wonder how many of hte bidders will be around when they finish up?

That's exactly what I am talking about...it seems to me that the value of those licenses was dependent on getting them in a timely fashion.

If the FCC didnt lay out some air-tight rules, I would imagine that we are going to see Verizon and others filing suit against the FCC.
