Shareholder's meeting was short and bitter. The shares were approved. I guess all I can do is support Morrel et al in their quest to use the shares wisely and make this company grow. Nothing else was really discussed at the meeting. Last quarter we had to deal with annual report from 1996 which may have delayed first quarter results. I think that second quarter could be out in the next couple of weeks rather that end of month. We will certainly see a profit, but how much will be the question. Based on information I have at my disposal, I think this company will have about 2.5 to 3.0 million in revenues. Before you laugh too hard- I am including the 1.1 million in settlement with the offshore investors. Thus I believe a profit of something in the neighborhood of 1.0 million or 1.5 million. This would be a eps of 22 to 30 cents. Another stellar performance. Consistency will win over the naysayers. More quarterly profits needed, but I can see this stock in the four to five dollar range as has been speculated already in the next month. An inspiration until today was JMED. Miller
