Fraudulent Promotion
or
Total Scam

The distinction between a total scam and a fraudulent promotion is probably necessary in the case of XYBR. I do not know if the current management is capable of bringing success to the investor with the current product, that would be a combination of agenda and integrity, you may have more to say about that than I would, I will say that I bookmarked this thread a long time ago during the Hype Wars. The wearable market, the paradigm that XYBR is exploring, promises to be a large market and they do have a product. I was visiting a friend recently and we were looking at the picture of a XYBR unit included in Popular Science and discussing the investment possibilities, I will refer him to this thread.
In the case of Systems of Excellence, SEXI, they had no product, it was a total scam and a fraudulent promotion.

Some of my favourite words are or and if.
