Hi,Tom. Hey, Maybe I have too much dry powder if VTSS is going up to the mid-high -40's anytime soon. OK, I'll hold what I have, add a few hundred if it drops back. I really like VTSS prospects, so don't care to be out of the stock. (Unless the whole economic situation changes) DLO
