Grey market processors are by definition OEM processors. Since I doubt that an OEM would sell processors below the buying price (except if there was an inventory glut or the OEM really desperate) OEM probably pay a few percents below grey market prices for their processors. But I am also sure that the 1.6 GHz mobile P4 is a lot more expensive than the desktop part found at Pricewatch.
