You have not posted any big cahoona policy or how it affect even three blind mice that was proposed by ENE and acted upon by the government under PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH.

The only big cahoona policy I'm aware of is the mr. bill and ENE kyoto CO2 credits trading ponzy scheme to take money from the American People and give it to the third world who had no restriction on pollution production. Now that's one big cahoona policy of the bought by ENE mr. bill.

Trade trips, US government insured big foreign projects. That's all from the time of bought and paid for mr. bill.

Yes I believe that fishing expeditions are a waste of time and so are vacant liberal minded O'retardos LOL.
