The press release regarding the appointment of Joseph E. Smith, a Warner Lambert VP, to the Vivus board came up on Yahoo News around 7am this morning. I'm making my first attempt to set up a direct link there for everyone, but in case it doesn't make the trip, Yahoo news has it. Interesting choice of guys, interesting timing.
