Interesting point with David Faber on CNBC right now. the actual VALUE of hte spectrum may be less now and perhaps the FCC will nto get even the $11B they negotiated at the end of last year by the time this is all settled....

Again, a bird in hand is worth alot more than bird brains.......... Congress should have allowed the $11B settlement to go thru and get all parties back to work.
