Does the State trump the Individual by royal prerogative? Or is the judiciary King of the Hill? Maurice, we don't officially have Royalty in this country, though it does appear that our judiciary has been King ever since Gov Warren got appointed Chief Justice. You guys would be in a better position to criticize (criticise) if you had not put your socialists back in power after a couple of years of sanity. Cheers. CRM
