carranza What a stupid fiasco. It could have all been avoided. Agreed, the FCC should have immediately revoked their licenses in 1996 when it was discovered that Nextwave had LIED on their applications both to participate in Auciton 5, and their subsequenT License applications! In addition, they should have fined and sentenced the Directors of the Company to prison terms for making willfully false statements on a Government application, which stated that Willfully False Statements are punishable by Fine and/or imprisonment. It's a case of justice will prevail. PCSTEL
