Hi Ray, that is a para-phrase of it yes. The A/D numbers have been strengthening as the afternoon has gone on today. The SPX has rallied all the way to the 200 dma @ 1152 today! This is quite a powerful rally. I see that homebuilders TOL and DHI have announced stock splits today. The homebuilders have been an interesting leadership group, the past several months.
