On the other hand, as high as complacency is, if you follow the usual indicators such as MACD, there have been buy signals for the Naz. Also, the McClellan oscillators gave buy signals.

So what's one to make of it all? The market touters are getting everyone back into the circus tent, it would appear. Given the fact that stocks remain overvalued, along with all the global uncertainty, it makes no sense, but when did the market ever make sense? It's one big shakedown racket, and it's been at its best today.
