That was no secret...Janice posted about it several times on RB.

Dobry, however, is the Eternal Victim of his own actions.
He neglected to mention this little matter to the Tribune reporter - I suppose he "forgot"...

Shareholders.... I have a story to relate to you all. I found out today, from an SEC advocate in Colorado, that it is NOT unique to me. Sylver "confiscated" my share in my account at BT Alex Brown, he cited these "statutes" in doing so:

NRS 78.250 & NRS 104.2402.

First off, these are rules for Nevada PRIVATE corporations, the Nevada Revised Statutes. Still, Alex Brown did nothing except inform me of the "confiscation". How did I find out about it?

I sold @ $3.50 the other day and I went to get the shares wired from Alex Brown to the firm I sold it from. That's when I heard about the "confiscation" of Sylver according to NEVADA PRIVATE CORPS, NRS. The SEC advocate in Colorado told me that I'm not alone.

I bought back at $.50 to cover, pocketed the $3/share profit & will pursue Alex Brown & Sylver about the whole fiasco.

So, it would appear I shorted naked AZNT, made a good profit, but I'm still stuck with the shares once I use the BIZARRO WORLD revised statutes to get em back!

I suggest if you're having the same experience with Sylver, just sell your 'confiscated' stock the next time there is a forced buy-back & cover after it bottoms out again. Worked for me.
