Dear et, once again you seemed to miss my point entirely. No new laws are required. The individuals who make up the PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH government are already protected by our Constitution. The are already protected from the folks who rant and rave frantically about fantasy big business that are formulating a national policy that effects every man, woman and child and also alien abduction fictions and elvis sightings.

As I said, all America and even you know and agree about The only big cahoona policy I reported. The mr. bill and ENE kyoto CO2 credits trading ponzy scheme to take money from the American People and give it to the third world who had no restriction on pollution production. Now that's one big cahoona policy of the bought by ENE mr. bill.

Trade trips, US government insured big foreign projects. That's all from the time of bought and paid for mr. bill.

The laws in place are working fine.
