Icahn reported: ""less interested,has concerns that the drug may take a couple of years to hit the market,now concerned with regulatory delays, competitor drug from AstraZeneca, worried that BMY could walk away from deal and leave ImClone in the lurch."" It "seems" that Icahn did not know all these problems when he applied to buy $500M of stock. What a theater!
