A lot of follow through days have failed in this bear market so I would not get too excited by it - at least for now. The ultimate indicator of a new bull would be stocks with strong fundamentals breaking out of healthy bases. The first has happened, the second has been few and far between. We need more stocks like EXPE and ROOM to break out. Anindo
