Ali, you continue to deliberate the point with supposition based on your interpretation of the wording. You have even referred me to a die photo as proof, but I hardly consider any of those references conclusive. The fact of the matter is that someone from Intel actually sent me a private message confirming that your efforts are in vain. They said quite clearly that the L2 cache within the Pentium 4 runs at the full clock frequency, and no 2-year old documents, no die photos, and no wording interpretation is going to change that. You are wrong, and that is that.

Sorry that you can't accept it, but ask Constantine. I have already shown him the private message in question.
