AE, Conference call notes:

Revenues for this year are expected to stay "flat" with
some fluctuations due to end-user demand. Expected
revenue for this yr is $130M of which $80M is from
Enel. The Enel contract
should last to 2004 after which the revenues from this
contract should "fall off the cliff". Company is looking
for other "Enel"s.
