We seem to be missing eachothers points. It's a good government that doesn't want its citizens to know what it says to big campaign donor when the two work together (behind closed doors) to formulate a national policy. It's only natural that good government would do everything in its power to prevent those discussion (with swindlers) from being made public. Kyoto is another issue, what does that have to do with this government's efforts to avoid making public its discussions with Enron.
