This mess has resulted in a lot of bad reporting trying to pass for journalism. Today Maria B. said that if ISS advised against the merger HWP would rise.....
That's speculation and not reporting.

Analysts are using this merger as a reason to pump Dell and IBM....when there is no evidence that either would benefit by this merger,

The only clue so far as to how this plays out is the share volume on CPQ. Its strong with an upward bias.
