Hey! it worked - thanks again.

I understand about your broker in the states, but are you aware that in Canada all exchanges are computerized ie. your order simply goes into a computer and is filled by the computer matching up buy and sell orders. I think that if there is more bid then ask, it "shares" the available qty, and then if the price goes up or you may get a partial fill.

I had asked E*TRADE about this and they said they never see the order and even the E-Mail confirmation is automatic.

I would be curious to know if this was just an excuse or if it is true.
