If the SI personal profile is of any informational significance, you must decide to spend your life in a blank, and people must conclude that you are a worthless jobless beggar... You better go ask your friend at Intel why the thing consumes 17A in quiescent state, people get confused here, it does not fit into any advertised data for off-current leakage. Looks like the production transistors are much worse than those cherry-picked for research and publication (best transistors up to date!!!), and the actual SRAM speed may be even lower. - Ali
