Morgan Stanley upgraded Intel this morning from an outperform to a strong buy, price target $45. Edelstone previously had raised Intel from a neutral to an outperform back in September with the price at $26. He had lowered Intel from buy to neutral way back in Nov 2000 when the price was $41.
