well Chris in a nut shell the economy is in fact on the mend, and Alan G's rate cuts are working now.. yesterday we had 2 very important reversals up on P&F bullish percents the Semis & the OPTI..we are 2 1/2 % away from the OTC to reverse up as well..all in all very bullish...
