Gottfried, Jacob, advocatedevil, and threaders, The DW bull support line is at $43 rather than the $45 I stated last night. In past price movement on amat it has most frequently pulled back to the bull support line. Therefore, we could have a pullback from the $50+ range to $43 before moving back up following Tito's YOYO effect. Since 9/11 the greatest DW gain on each YOYO has been 8 DW boxes, $8 and the greates pullback off the top was 9 DW boxes, $9. Therefore a pull back to $43 would be 7 boxes, $7.

Just my observations of DW point and figure charts and my opinions.

Paul
