As certain as I am that ISS will endorse the merger, I am equally as certain that the vote will fail to approve the merger.
At some point in time, CPQ will issue a warning for Q1.
Then the channel stuffing that, imo, occurred in Q4 will be revealed.
Sorry, but I just can't bring myself to view any of the coming events for CPQ in a very positive light.
Hope I'm wrong.
