Re: "Your beef with Limbaugh is really about his being instrumental in the GOP winning the House in '94." Limbaugh only presents one side of any story. The dismantling of the Fairness Doctrine in the late '80s allowed blowhards such as El Pigbo to spew their hate on AM radio without fear of giving the other side an opportunity to respond. I think what happened in '94 was far deeper than Limbaugh. ("Instrumental?" Get serious.) However, the pendulum is slowly swinging in the opposite direction again, as we shall see in November of this year.
