I agree that he is not the know all that he supposes to be

Maybe Steve Milunovich knows it all, but he seems to draw different conclusions from the same knowledge one week to next. Case in point:

On Feb 25, 2002, he writes:

"Demand for Sun’s high-end Starcat remains strong. Since ramping to volume shipments in November, the Sun Fire 15K (Starcat) has enjoyed strong demand and is moving to standard lead times of 3-4 weeks. Demand has been particularly strong internationally."

One week later on March 4, 2002, he writes:

"These checks indicate that U.S. business is weak, especially at the high end, as CIOs sit on their hands. Sun Fire 15000 delivery times are down to a more normal 3-4 weeks."
